Finding new ways to improve our service: An independent review by Moorfields

As part of our ongoing endeavour to find new ways to improve our service, ArchOver has initiated a regular review process, the first of which was recently completed by Moorfields Advisory Ltd. Moorfields is an independent specialist advisory firm with 70+ years’ experience. They conducted an in-depth review of ArchOver’s business practices ranging, among other things, from onboarding and loan monitoring processes to recovery procedures.
